How do I track my order?
Open My Orders from the menu, then tap your active order to see live status and ETA.
What if my train is delayed?
We adjust preparation timing using live delay data. If a delay exceeds our policy window, eligible orders receive an automatic refund.
Can I change my seat or coach after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible—we’ll try to update your delivery spot before the runner leaves the hub.
